Dave Crowther, Chief Executive Officer
David Crowther, former Co-CEO of Crowther Roofing, a nationally recognized industry leader in roofing and sheet metal contracting. David stepped away from the day to day operations of Crowther Roofing to form CFS Facility Services, a company with a broader focus to serve clients growing needs. With a drive for quality and service David felt that clients needed a single trusted provider, for not only roofing, but also HVAC, Plumbing and Solar/Energy Services.
CFS Facility Services opened their doors as the certified installer of the Solar Hot Water Program for the city of Lakeland, Mechanical Service provider for the Charlotte Regional Medical Center in addition to a number of other Institutional contracts.
David Crowther, with over 30 years of commercial contracting experience, leads CFS Facility Services into a new era commercial contracting; an era that is Earth friendly. With a passion for the outdoors he is very conscience of the effects of industrial choices, and aims to make cost-cutting, environmentally friendly energy solutions a priority.
In addition to being responsible for the strategic vision and company operations of CFS Facility Services; David also serves as the President of the Board of Directors at Sanibel Harbor Yacht Club, board member of the Athletic Eagles Board (Florida Gulf Coast University - FGCU) and member of the Florida Chapter of Young Presidents Organization (YPO).
David Crowther has been a long time contributor to many Not-For-Profit organizations including but not limited to the PACE Center For Girls - Lee County, FGCU’s Scholarship Endowment Fund, Cattle Baron’s Ball and the Nation’s Association.
